The company's revenues nearly doubled from 1998 to 1999, from just over $1.3 million to more than $2.6 million. With the increased business also came an increase in employees from 20 to 32.

"Since starting this company some six years ago, we have been ahead of the technology curve in the health benefits industry, and as more companies explore new options in both fields, America's Choice Healthplans has become an obvious choice," says America's Choice Healthplans President Clelland Green. "Our tremendous leap from 58 on last years PBJ list to 26 this year is indicative of this. Next year, we expect to see ourselves in the top 20, if not higher."
